Babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and big kids all love Music Together®! Our playful music classes for kids support every child, no matter their learning style or stage of development. Each weekly class includes lots of music activities especially created for young children, led by a trained teacher who inspires everyone to join in the fun.

Peek-a-Boo Family Music is currently offering Mixed-Age Classes, the hallmark of Music Together® and Rhythm Kids®, Supportive Family Mixed-Age Class and Babies Only.

Join us for the Bongos Song Collection this Fall!

This fall, families will come together to sing, play, laugh, and learn with the Music Together Bongos Song Collection. The songs include lots of upbeat, active songs like "See How I'm Jumping," our take on the timeless nursery rhyme "Hey, Diddle, Diddle," and beautiful melodies such as the Japanese song "Hotaru Koi" and "Walking through the Woods." In addition to your weekly classes, your registration includes recordings and materials for you to use at home, including an illustrated songbook and access to the songs through the Music Together app.

Join us for the Tree Frog Collection at Mini-Camp...


In our summer Rhythm Kids® mini-camp, your child will learn to drum, sing, move to new rhythms, work in ensembles, conduct, improvise, and play dynamic music games! The Tree Frog Collection contains energetic triple-meter rhythms inspired by Japanese Taiko drumming. We'll explore these patterns in "Suzume Odori" (Sparrow Dance), as we adapt the intricate steps danced in festivals throughout Japan. "Canta Coquí" (Singing Frog) has two distinct song phrases that evoke the abundant Puerto Rican tree frogs singing and hopping everywhere! We'll celebrate the beautiful rivers and mountains of Japan in "Tree Frog Song," while learning a delightful Japanese hand-clapping game. And "Tree Frog Night" will give us a chance to experience a night in the life of a tree frog! All 20 song selections have been chosen and arranged specifically to support your child's music development.

...and the Hippo Song Collection this Fall!

 Your child will have a great time drumming, singing, moving to new rhythms and engaging in and exploring other instruments, unique music activities, and music games especially designed for older children. This semester, we'll explore the Hippo Rhythm with drumming patterns based on rhythms used in Gahu, the popular, recreational dance of the Ewe people of Ghana. We'll learn 20 songs, including “Gahu Ee” a call-and-response song from the Ewe people of Ghana, Togo, and Benin in Western Africa and the traditional Andean folksong, “La vicuñita,” often heard in Peru, Chile, Bolivia, and Argentina. The "Hip Hop Hippo" rap will let children break out their hip-hop dance moves!
